Delivery timeline
Digital access, session details, links, recordings, or learning materials included in your order will be sent within 48 hours after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery method
Delivery is made electronically using the email address and/or phone or WhatsApp number provided at checkout. Please ensure those details are accurate and monitor spam, promotions, and filtered-message folders.
Delayed or missing delivery
If you have not received your purchase within 48 hours, contact us with your payment reference and the contact details used for the order. We will verify the payment and resend or provide the applicable access.
